Conference on the topic: “Importance of regional cooperation and co-productions in the context of low audiovisual capacity countries and MEDIA best practice projects from the region”.

With participation of the representatives from the Creative Europe Media Desks from: Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro.

On 11.12.2017, in Podgorica was held MEDIA Info Day, organized by the Creative Europe MEDIA Desk of Montenegro, in collaboration with Creative Europe MEDIA Desk from Macedonia. Focus of the event was call for Single Project Development and as first Montenegrin film supported in this scheme, was presented the film "After the winter", by the director Ivan Bakrac, in production of Artikulacija. In frame of the event, also was held lecture on the subject: "Film and TV as creative industry - importance of film an TV tourism". The event was attended by the representatives of Montenegrin audiovisual sector, as well as by the professors and students of Faculty of Dramatic Arts from Cetinje and Faculty of visual arts from Podgorica.

On 6 November 2017, in EU Info Center in Skopje was organized MEDIA Info Day with Focus on the calls for Single Project Development and Film Festivals.

The guest of the event was Eva Brazdzionyte, Head of Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Lithuania.

On 23 and 24 August 2017, in the frames of the Creative Documentary Film Festival "MakeDOX" and the festival "Struga Poetry Evenings", public discussions and presentations for the EU's Creative Europe Program were held.

Participants: Pavlina Kalandrova from the Office of Creative Europe (MEDIA) of the Czech Republic; Vladimir Stojcevski from the Office of Creative Europe (MEDIA) of the Republic of Macedonia; Biljana Prentoska from the Office of Creative Europe (Culture) of the Republic of Macedonia; Vesela Kondakova from the Office of Creative Europe (Culture) of the Republic of Bulgaria; Representatives of the organizations involved in the platform "Versopolis" supported by the program "Creative Europe - Culture"; Representatives of the festival "MakeDOX".

On April 6, 2017, within the Philosophical Film Festival, in the Cinematheque of Macedonia, was held presentation on the sub-program MEDIA of Creative Europe, focusing on calls for Single Project Development and Film Festivals. The presentation was followed by individual consultations for the projects that will apply in the April deadline.

Guest of the event was Ms. Martina Petrovic, Head of the Creative Europe MEDIA DESK from Croatia.
